Corrections, disputes and removal requests

We build listings from public business information and compute scores from public Google reviews, following one fixed rubric that applies to every landscaper business we cover in Austin TX (scoring method). Being listed on Austin Landscapers is free, and no payment can move a score. Found an error on your listing? This page covers how corrections, disputes, and removals work.

Fix a factual error

If a factual field on your listing is out of date (name, address, phone, website, opening hours, services), tell us the correct value and point us at a source we can check, such as your Google Business Profile or your own website. Once verified, the fix is applied and kept through later refreshes.

Disagree with your listing or score

Scores and review summaries are generated from public Google reviews through the same rubric for every business. We do not hand-edit scores, for anyone, so a dispute is a claim that the underlying data is wrong, not a request for a better number. If reviews were attributed to the wrong business, your profile was matched incorrectly, or the summary misstates what reviewers wrote, we will re-check the source data and regenerate the affected listing.

Ask to be removed

We remove listings that are permanently closed, duplicated, or outside the scope of this directory. Closed businesses are also caught and removed by our monthly re-verification cycle. Because listings are built from public business information, we may decline to remove a listing that is accurate and in scope, and we will say so plainly if that is our answer.

Where to send requests

Send an email to hello@bluebonnetlocalguides.com and include three things: your business name, the URL of your listing, and exactly what should change. Austin Landscapers is published by Bluebonnet Local Guides.

Response times

We respond to corrections, disputes, and removal requests within 5 business days. A confirmed removal (closed, duplicate, or out of scope) is processed within 7 days. When we decline, we give the reason.
